Kerala Ayurveda Glymin Atta is a rich source of dietary fibers and has low carbohydrate content compared to normal refined flour. This Multigrain Atta high on fiber content and low on calorie value helps to maintain healthy blood glucose values and cardiovascular health.

How to Use :
This ready to cook Atta mix can be used to make Chapattis, Rotis and Phulkas like any other normal Atta. For one big spoon of Atta mix, add half to one cup of warm water, to knead. Add salt to taste. Allow the dough to rest for 15 mins. Make dough balls, spread and cook in preheated Tawa. For Phulka expose to a naked flame. It can also be used to make Puttu.
