Shipping Policy

My Unique Basket is an online retail store operated by Linlax Infotech Private Limited, a legally registered company in India.

We usually ship within 24 hours to 2 days, depending upon product availability. Since we do not stock or sell these items locally, we always work for you, the customer. Upon receiving your order, we procure products directly from the company or their authorized distributors.

Shipping Mode

We ship items through International Speed Post / Courier Services such as FedEx, DHL, and Garuda.

Transit time from India to worldwide destinations is typically 7 to 15 working days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier or post office will leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup. If the parcel is not claimed within the specified period, it may be returned to us.

Items may also be returned if the delivery address provided is incorrect. In such cases, we can re-ship the parcel; however, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.

If an order is stopped by customs, this is beyond the control of My Unique Basket. Such delays may extend delivery beyond the standard 5โ€“8 working days and, in rare cases, up to one month. If the shipment is not received due to courier-related issues, we may re-ship or process a resolution as per our Guarantee Policy.

If the consignee refuses to pay applicable customs charges upon arrival, My Unique Basket will deduct the complete shipping and return duty charges from the order value while processing the refund.
