It contains Gram flour, Rice flour, Chilli Powder, Salt, Sodium Bi-carbonate and compounded Asafoetida. Aachi Bajji Bonda Powder Method of Preparation : Bajji : Mix 200gm Aachi Bajji Bonda powder in 125ml water. Make slices of either onion , potato, banana, Brinjal, Cucumber or boiled egg or pappad. Dip the slices in the mixture and fry in edible oil. Now tasty bajjis are ready to serve. This powder can also be used to make cauliflower and onion pakkoda. Bonda : Mix 200gm Aachi Bajji Bonda powder with finely chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and water. Make small and fry in edible oil till golden brown. Now tasty Bonda is ready to serve.
