A delicate tippy made from the best clones at the peak of Summer- amber in colour, mellow in taste, and orchid-like in flavour.
Appearance - Coppery with a opulence of large, shiny and pale golden tips
Aroma - Distinctly woody and nutty, with a pronounced sweet hue of peonies and wild roses
Taste - Elegantly amber and bright, with a mid-bodied cup that envelops the palate with and an almost imperceptible astringency, only to reveal raisin-like sweetness and hint of tartness of berries, with a lingering waft of lilies and hyacinths.
