How To Use

Take the required amount of product and blend with a brush or your finger. To maximize the color payoff of metallic or shimmer shades, mist your brush with Makeup Prime and Setting Spray before applying. Mix shadows with your favorite eye shadow primer portion to create cream shadows with major staying power.
