Alstonia Scholaris is a suitable remedy for symptoms after fevers. It works like a tonic after exhausting fevers. There is a gone sensation in the stomach and sinking in abdomen with debility. Alstonia Scholaris also helps in abdominal troubles when there is violent purging and cramp in the bowels. It helps in diarrhoea from bad water and malaria. There are painless water stools and diarrhoea immediately after eating. It is also useful in dysentery when there are bloody stools with heat and irritation in the lower bowels. 

Malarial diseases, with diarrhoea, dysentery, anaemia, feeble digestion, are the general conditions suggesting this remedy. Characteristics are the gone sensation in stomach and sinking in abdomen, with debility. A tonic after exhausting fevers.
