Several ingredients in Safi have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties, which help to reduce inflammation in the dermal layer of the skin. Furthermore, Safi prevents bacterial infections within the acne and reduces pigmentation, which helps preventing scar formation. In acute cases, Safi should be taken in dosage of 2 teaspoons (10 ml) thrice daily for at least 4 weeks. Blemishes: Hamdard Safi is also beneficial in blemish treatment. It alone can reduce blemishes and dark spots. According to ancient science, increased Pitta in the body may lead to blemishes, so the treatment should be that which pacify the increased Pitta Dosha in the body. Safi is an excellent solution for this. In blemishes, Safi gives positive results when used for at least 6 months on regular basis in dosage of 2 teaspoons twice daily.
