Description

Karuppatti Vellam is an authentic Palm Jaggery from Tamil Nadu. It is prepared using traditional methods without adding any chemicals or preservatives to retain the natural mineral salts of the palm syrup. The lower GI(Glycemic Index) levels of this unique jaggery makes it the most preferable alternative to the sugar and other artificial sweeteners. Apart from which Karuppatti Vellam is also rich in essential B vitamins, zinc, iron and potassium. Free from any peculiar aftertaste it can be used in milk, coffee, tea, puddings, etc.
