Emblica officinalis, Adhatoda vasica, Ocimum sanctum, Tinospora cordifolia (cordifolia), Glycyrrhiza glabra, Trikatu, Curcuma longa, Termenalia bellerica (bellirica) etc.Emblica officinalis Natural source of bioflavonoids and ascorbigen and is revered for its antioxidant and immune-supportive properties, as well as for being an adaptogen. Adhatoda vasica- Known for its respiratory health support. Ocimum sanctum for its immune-supportive properties. This herb is considered to have adaptogenic properties, balances different processes in the body, and helps in adapting towards stress. It is often known as the ?elixir for life,? as it promotes longevity. Tulsi is known for reducing bronchial swelling. Tinospora cordifolia- for its antispasmodic support and helps with a healthy immune response.
