Diet & Routine

1-caplet/tablet twice a day with warm water or as directed by your health provider. Doctor?s suggestion We have seen remarkable results in lowering cholesterol and triglycerides in 30 to 45 days with Guggul- DS 2 caplet before food twice a day with some dietary restrictions. In case of triglyceridelevel is higher than 300 mg/deciliter, it is recommended to have 1 caplet of lipo along with it thrice a day for desired results Within 45 days we have seen amazing results.
