They have anti-inflammatory properties which are known to reduce cholestrol and help maintain digestive health.    Along with Karela and Jamun, the juice also contains Methi - known to and bacterial, fungal, and viral infections, Neem - remedy for cardiovascular diseases and liver problems, and Tvak - is anti oxidant, anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and anti fungal.    Karela has abundant Vitamin A and C which rejuvinates the skin by fighting acne and blemishes.
