Composition of Zandu Nityam Churna : Each 100g contains 7 laxative herbs Sonamukhi - 50g Shiva - 6g Yashtimadhu - 5g Saunf - 9g Trifala - 9g Sanchal - 18g Erand taila - 1g Excipients - q.s Dose of Zandu Nityam Churna : 1/2 to 1 teaspoon(2.5g to 5g) or as per requirement, at bed-time with water.
