This is how the pickles were made in olden days without any artificial additions. The aroma and taste of the picke will prove that the ingredients were all traditional without a single drop of artificial preservatives.
Garlics were hand grinded and undergoes a tedious making process for more than three hours. The pickle will be boiled completely with right set of productions so that the pickle will last long for more than 3 months. The making is very tedious and the person has to sit in front of the fire for more than 3 hours. This tedious making process and natural ingredients make the pickle more delicious.
