It is made by soaking rose petals in distilled water and is a by-product of the production of rose oils. This has properties for cooling, balancing, moisturizing the skin and acts as a perfect toner for oily or acne prone skin.It can also be used on the skin before applying various Ubtan's & Face Packs.It is also a great non-alcoholic AfterShave, which soothes the skin from razor rashes & chemical loaded shaving gels.
