Terminalia belerica (Bahera) : It is very beneficial in respiratory tract infection, sore throat, and cough. Emblica officinalis (Amla) : Amla is the rich source of Vitamin C and its juice make you younger.It is beneficial for Hail,Skin,Burn extra fat,good for heart and ulcers. Terminalia chebula, Black (Halela Siah) : It is having anti bacterial and anti inflammatory property.It is cardio protective, liver protective, and renal protective. Ipomoea turpethum (Nisoth) : Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf) Pistacia lentiscus (Mastagi) Lavandula stoechas (Ustkhuddus) Convulvulus scammonia (Saqmoonia) Rheum emodi (Rewandchini)

Dosage

2 Tablets at night with lukewarm water or milk.
