Pair it up with a glass of buttermilk or masala chhaas, a dollop of ghee, chopped onions, tomatoes and raw mango, Khakhara is renowned as traditional Gujarati snack prepared with a lot of care. The khakhras are made by mixing wheat flour with other ingredients to form a dough and rolled in a circular thin layer by hand and roasted on a hot plate till most of the moisture is evaporated. It is a healthy breakfast as well as a healthy snack liked by people of all ages.
