How to use Ayushvedham Shine and Fair Soap:
Use just likes any other bathing soap twice a day
Use Lukewarm water for a bath.
Avoid too cold or too hot water for bathing.
Keep the foam on the body for 3-5 minutes and then wash with water.
Avoid application of talcum powder or deodorant sprays after bath.
After bath keep soap in proper hygienic soapbox to prevent melting with excess water

GHRITA KUMARIKA (?Aloe barbadensis)
Aloe vera is the most valuable ayurvedic herbal ingredient to prevent, cure and control psoriasis and psoriasis-related skin conditions. Aloe polysaccharide (APS) is the main macromolecule of Aloe vera, which contributes to anti psoriasis function. A research study goes like this according to a recent study, treatment with aloe led to a greater reduction in psoriasis severity when compared with a topical steroid cream.
