Urban Platter Sun Dried Tomato Flakes :    Our dehydrated tomato flakes are prepared from hand-harvested, premium quality tomatoes to ensure that they add the right depth of flavour and vibrancy of color to all your dishes.    These dehydrated flakes maintain the nutrient profile that tomatoes impart because unlike a lot of fruits and vegetables, tomatoes do not lose their nutrients when dried.    With a sweet, tangy & slightly zesty flavour, our tomato flakes can be used in your culinary preparations in place of tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes. Use it to make your pasta sauce, stews, tomato soup, curries or even add while making bread or some fresh mexican salsa.    Tomato flakes can be rehydrated with hot water or broth.
