Urban Platter Suku Coffee :    Sukku coffee is an appetizing and flavourful drink made with sukku (Dry ginger/ sonth) and coriander seeds (Dhaniya), pepper & Jaggery.    Sukku Coffee comes with all the health benefits one can derive from consuming Ginger, Pepper, Coriander and Cardamom.    When sick, you can have this coffee, and it helps in refreshing and rejuvenating your mood. It is a delicious and healthy alternative to your daily tea and coffee intake.    Preparation - Heat 2 cups of water along with 2 teaspoons of Sukku powder.
