Urban Platter Microgreens Fenugreek Seeds :    Fenugreek Sprouts or Methi Dana are the most aromatic seeds slightly bitter flavour. Fenugreek is easy to grow and extremely nutritious.    Sprouts are rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, beneficial enzymes and more. They have been called the "most enzyme-rich food on the planet".    Sprouted Fenugreek Seeds are used as a base for salads, juices, sandwiches and soups.    Preparation - 1] Soak 1-2 tbsp of sprouting seeds for at least 8 hours in fresh, cool water in a wide mouth mason jar. 2] Drain and rinse the sprouts.
