Urban Platter Light Soy Sauce

Urban Platter Light Soy Sauce :    Light Soy Sauce is made from equal amounts of soybeans and wheat. The wheat isn’t roasted as deeply as it is for regular soy sauce.    It is also a good source of certain minerals, including iron, phosphorous, and manganese.    Usukuchi Shoyu is lighter in colour than other soy sauce, but not lighter in taste.    Perfect for stir-fry, marinade, and as a dipping sauce.
