Urban Platter Gomasio

Urban Platter Gomasio :     The Japanese word ‘Gomasio’ translates to sesame salt where goma means sesame and sio means salt.     Urban Platters Gomasio is created to bring out the subtle, authentic Japanese flavour in your meals.    A traditional, everyday condiment in the Japanese cuisine, Gomasio is made by toasting and grounding sesame seeds which are then tossed with sea salt.     It has a low ratio of salt which makes it a perfect low sodium seasoning.    This delicately flavoured salt is not limited to salting purposes in dishes.
