Urban Platter Dried Mixed Mushrooms :    Our Mixed Mushrooms is a blend of Oyster Mushroom, Cloud Ear Mushroom, and Shiitake Mushroom.    Priced for their delicious umami flavour these are a delight. Make delicious dumplings, risottos, stocks & soups with these. How bout a meal of mixed mushroom stir-fry?    Preparation - Rinse the mushroom thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water.
