Urban Platter Black Trumpet Mushrooms    Black Trumpet mushrooms have a powerful sweet, woodsy aroma and have a soft yet chewy texture with a rich, nutty, and smoky taste.    They are best suited for cooking applications such as sautéing, baking, or frying.    Their delicate flavour can easily be overpowered by other flavours, so it is recommended to use them in lighter preparations such as pasta, soups, as a topping on pizza.    Preparation - Preparation - Rinse the mushroom thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water.
