Very painful while swallowing with much pain in the post-nasal region with sharp pains extending to the ears. Burning pain with swelling of all the glands about thorax. Stomach: Uncontrollable, green, bilious vomiting with very sensitive epigastrium. Abdomen: Bruised feeling in the caecal region and the region of transverse colon. Distension of abdomen with much bloating and sensitiveness. Stool: Irritation of gastric and intestinal mucosa with dysentery and painful cutting at the end of the stool. Persistent tenesmus not relieved by stool. Stool offensive, with cutting pains and mucus shreds. Modalities: Worse in the evening, night and from acids. Better while at rest.
