Urine hot, thick and foggy with burning pain in the urethra. Male: Drawing pain in the testes and spermatic cord. Pain gets worse while passing urine. Pungent smelling urine. Back: Pain in the back in the region of kidneys from inflammation and infection of the urinary tract. Pain with great fatigue and weakness.
