Ammonium bromatum 3X is used to effectively treat the following conditions:-     Chronic laryngeal catarrh with tickling sensation in throat and an inclination for dry and spasmodic cough. In such cases, expectoration if any is white, sticky and mucoid. The cough is more on lying down at night, especially around 3am and causes the patient to wake up from sleep.
