Judicial usage of bhavana jeeraka rasayana helps improves taste, and appetite and reduces bitterness in the mouth. It helps with weight gain, promotes good sleep and helps fight mental exhaustion. Can be used along with Drakshadi paka and suvirechan or triphala choorna or avipattikara choorna for laxative at bedtime
