It gradually damage the air sacs (alveoli) in lungs. Mode of action: Aspidosperma Q: Useful in dyspnea, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty arising out of heart problems or any other causes. Lobelia In Q: dyspnea threatening suffocation. Labored breathing, sense of tightness across chest compelling her to take deep inspirations, which caused pain in heart region. Ipecac Q: Dyspnoea: from constriction of middle of chest; with every change of weather or cold. Sensation of congestion, pressure or weight in chest Rannun B Q: Stitches in chest, between shoulder-blades; worse, inspiring, moving. Dose: 10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3 times daily.
