Patanjali Divya Durvadi Ghrit : Durvadi ghrita is a polyherbal formulation indicated in bleeding disorders. Based on its pharmacological properties, it can be used trans- nasally to arrest bleeding seen in Diabetic retinopathy. Beside this pharmacological efficacy, the application of Durvadi Ghrita causes a shield over cornea that prevents further infection and keeps maintaining the moistening of cornea, which prevents the mechanical damage to the cornea.
