Gavyamart Panchagavya nasya drop :    Lay down to flat surface like bed and use 2-3 drops in each nostrils 3 times a day     Remain in flat position keeping nose upwards, for 15 minutes.     Do not talk for at least 5 minutes. Do not drink cold water for at least 1 hour.     May drink warm water. Always use Luke warm ghee.     In winters before use, dip the nasal drop bottle in warm water till it melts.
