Dosage of Dabur Mahashankh Vati : 1 to 2 tablets (250 to 500 mg) to be taken in the morning and evening with buttermilk or as directed by the Physician. Ingredients of Dabur Mahashankh Vati : Each tab (250mg) Contains Pippali mool, Chitraka, Danti Mool, Pippali, Svarjikshar, Yavakshar, Shuddha Tankana, Maricha, Shunthi, Shuddha Vatsanabha, Shuddha Vatsanabha Hingu, Tintidika Kashar each 10.86 mg, Kajjali, Shankha Bhasma each 21.72mg, Panch Lavana 54.34mg. Dietary Advise of Dabur Mahashankh Vati : Bathua, Sahinjan, Parwal and Buttermilk. Avoid: Pulses, Oils, Red chillies and fried substances.
