Ingredients of Dabur Jaimangal Ras (Each tablet 125mg contains) : Kajjali 20.82 mg Swarna Bhasma 20.83 mg Shuddha Tankan 10.41 mg Tamra Bhasma 10.41 mg Vanga Bhasma 10.41 mg Makshika Bhasma 10.41 mg Saindhava Lavana 10.41 mg Marica 10.41 mg Lauh Bhasma 10.41 mg Rajat Bhasma 10.41 mg Dosage of Dabur Jaimangal Ras : ½ to 1 Tablet to be taken in the morning and evening with Honey or as directed by the Physician. Caution of Dabur Jaimangal Ras : To be taken under Medical Supervision only. Dietary Advise of Dabur Jaimangal Ras : Barley, fruit juice, milk, butter milk. Avoid : Oil, Red chillies and alcohol.
