Dosage of Dabur Brahmi Vati : 1/2 to 1 tablet (125 to 250mg) in the morning and evening with milk or as directed by the Physician. Ingredients of Dabur Brahmi Vati : Each Tab. (250mg) contains Brahmi Patra 96.15mg. Abhraka Bhasma, Vanga Bhasma, Shuddha Shilajatu, Vidanga, Maricha, Pippali each 19.23mg, Rasa Sindur 38.46mg. Dietary Advise of Dabur Brahmi Vati : Light and easily digestible food. Avoid: Oils, Red chillies and Sour food.
