Bilvam Herbals Blood Pressure Kit :How-to-Use: Tulasi Blend with Sitaphal and Bael: Take 1 teaspoon of the blend with warm water after lunch and dinner every day. Store in a glass bottle or airtight container in a dry place at room temperature, away from sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Edible Camphor Infused Sesame Oil: First thing in the morning, immediately after brushing, put 2 drops of oil in each nostril. Sit in a cross-legged posture with an erect spine. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly for 5-10 minutes (approximately 20 times). Avoid consuming food or beverages for 30 minutes after application. Turmeric Blend with Aromatic Spices: Boil 150-200 ml of milk (preferably cow’s milk). Add half a teaspoon of the turmeric blend to the boiling milk. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of mishri (rock sugar) while boiling. Remove from the stove and drink the milk while it’s hot. Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime.
