B Jain Balsamum Toluifera 30 CH Dilution :Balsamum Toluiferum(Dilution) Tincture of the balsam of Myroxylon toluifera Common Name: Balsam of Myroxylon toluifera. Causes & Symptoms for Balsamum Toluiferum It is indicated in chronic bronchitis with profuse expectoration. It is useful in chronic, purulent, fetid anterior or posterior nasal catarrh, yellow, green with or without ulceration. The action of Balsamum Toluiferum is upon the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, acting as an expectorant. Very loose cough and night sweats, short cough and scanty expectoration is relieved with this remedy. Respirtaory tract the action of medicine helps to relieve the complaints of cough. It helps to ease the cough and helps in easy expectoration. Stomach and abdomen Vomiting of food and mucus, catarrh of stomach. Stool and Anus It is used to to expel intestinal worms.
