Arya Vaidya Pharmacy Vyaghryadi Kashayam :Description: Vyaghradi Kashayam is an Ayurvedic medicine used to treatment of respiratory conditions like cough, cold and bronchitis. It is herbal decoction. Vyaghradi kashayam benefits: It is used in cold, cough, bronchitis and running nose. It is effective in chronic respiratory conditions and fever. Traditional indication: Jwara – fever of Vata and Kapha origin Shwasa – asthma, respiratory disorders involving difficulty in breathing Kasa – cold, cough Peenasa – rhinitis Shoola – abdominal colic This medicine is also known as Vyaghradi Kwatham. Vyaghryadi kashayam Side effects: There are no known side effects of this medicine. People with diabetes should take this medicine under medical supervision. Vyaghradi Kwath dosage: 5 – 10 ml, before food, or on empty stomach, once or twice a day or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. If the kashayam is concentrated, then it needs to be mixed with equal quantity of water and should be taken. Kashayam tablet dosage is – 2 tablets 2 times a day before food or as directed by doctor. Vyaghradi kashayam ingredients: Herbal decoction is prepared from 10 grams of each of Vyaghri – Solanum xanthocarpum Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinalis Amruta – Tinospora cordifolia Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture.Store in air tight container.
